The Journey Began!
When Schroeder's opened on February 6, 1981, brothers, John and Charlie Schroeder weren't sure how the business would develop, but develop it did. Schroeder's offers all the originals plus pizza, calzone, fried mushrooms, wings, potato skins, cold draft, bottled beers from an original menu featuring unique sandwiches, nachos, and salads.
